Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare Vehicle:
- Temporarily remove the spare tire to clear the tire well for drilling.

Position the Hitch:
- Place the hitch into position on top of the tow loop, ensuring the side plates rest against the sides of the tire well.
- Install the 7/16" fasteners using the provided SP51 spacer under the tow loop.
- Snug the fasteners but do not fully tighten.

Mark Drilling Locations:
- Adjust the hitch to ensure it is level and square with the car.
- Mark the tire well in two places on each side for drilling.

Drill Holes for Fasteners:
- Remove the hitch and drill holes for the 3/8" bolts using a 3/8" drill bit.

Reinstall Hitch and Hardware:
- Reposition the hitch on the vehicle and install all fasteners.
- Place the provided large fender washers inside the tire well opposite the hitch for reinforcement.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 7/16" fasteners to 70 ft-lbs.
- Torque all 3/8" fasteners to 45 ft-lbs.

Reinstall Spare Tire:
- Reinstall the spare tire into its original position.
