During this difficult time, we are facing some challenges. Orders may require additional processing and handling time and tracking information may not be available as quickly as usual.

The estimated delivery date range provided on the items page at the time of ordering is acurate and we have taken into account any delays or lack of delays and included them in this estimate. This way you can plan ahead of time and know exactly when to expect your item to deliver.

The Automotive sector of the American economy is facing unprecedented challenges due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Federal, state and local governments have issued executive orders that are requiring many businesses to shutter and/or substantially limit their operations for an extended period of time. Fortunately, at this point, most of our distribution and manufacturing facilities remain open as TrailerJacks.Com meets the definition of essential business as defined by various municipalities and states.


We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse and the shipping option you choose. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship out items. All shipments are automatically insured. Please note that orders weighing 150lbs or more may ship freight on a pallet. Freight shipments may take slightly longer to deliver than estimated, especially to residential addresses and rural locations.

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 50 states, District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is free on all products going to 48 States and Canada. On heavy products like trailer hitches going to Alaska and Hawaii free shipping policy does not apply, and a $15 surcharge would be applied. If you reside in Alaska and Hawaii please contact us before you order any trailer hitch or heavy duty item.

We also ship free to Canada, however sales tax may be charged since we ship from a Candian warehouse in Ontario.

All items can be shipped anywhere in the world, but some large items like trailer hitches are expensive to ship internationally. Please contact us before you order if you plan to ship anywhere outside of United States and Canada.

How can I cancel an order that has not already shipped?
Please immediately contact us to inform us that you would like your order canceled and we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that cancellations are not guatanteed and sometimes items are too far along in shipping process to be canceled. Every attempt will be made to cancel an order before it ships.

How do I return an order that I have already received or is defective?
You have 60 days (temporarily extended to 90 days until further notice) to return your item. Please contact us for RMA information. We ask you to always check your items within this time frame even if you do not plan on installing or using the item until after our return policy has expired.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by us only in those instances where the issue or problem stems from our side. For other reasons including but not limted to you ordering an item in error, no longer needing the item or changing your mind then the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Are there any restock fees?

We do not charge restock fees as long as the item being returned is still in new and unused condition.

How do I report damaged or missing items in my order?
