Step-by-Step Instructions:

Lower the Exhaust:
- For 300 Limited, remove the (2) hangers and (1) rubber mount.
- For 300C and Dodge Magnum with dual exhaust, remove the (4) hangers and (2) rubber mounts.

Fishwire Bolts and Spacers:
- Fishwire 1/2" carriage bolts and square hole spacers through the existing holes in the frame rails as shown in the diagram.

Position the Hitch:
- Slide the hitch over the muffler(s) and into position over the 1/2" carriage bolts.
- Secure with 1/2" flange nuts, finger tight only.

Install Remaining Bolts:
- Install the M12 hex bolts and conical washers into the remaining holes.
- Finger tighten the bolts at this stage.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 1/2" fasteners to 110 lb-ft.
- Torque all 12mm fasteners to 79 lb-ft.

Reinstall Exhaust:
- Reinstall the exhaust hangers and rubber mounts removed in Step 1.

- (2) M12 x 1.75 x 40 Hex Bolts
- (2) 1/2" Conical Toothed Washers
- (2) 1/2"-13 UNC Flange Nuts

Installation Instructions for Chrysler 300C

- Panel trim removal tool
- 3/32" drill bit (if grounding point is not readily available)
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Access the Vehicle's Taillight Wiring Harness:
- Open the trunk and remove the rear scuff panel.
- On both the driver's and passenger's sides, remove the plastic wing nuts securing the felt trunk liner.
- Pull back the felt trunk liner and floor cover to reveal the vehicle's taillight wiring harness connectors, which will resemble those on the T-connector.

Install the T-Connector on the Passenger Side:
- Separate the taillight wiring harness connectors on the passenger side.
- Insert the T-connector end with the green wire between the separated connectors.
- Ensure the connectors are fully inserted with locking tabs in place.

Route and Install the T-Connector on the Driver's Side:
- Route the T-connector end with the yellow wire along the removed scuff panel and behind the felt trunk liner to the driver's side.
- Repeat the installation process on the driver's side using the T-connector end with the yellow wire.

Establish a Ground Connection:
- Locate a suitable grounding point near the connector, such as an existing screw with a nut in the vehicle's frame.
- If no suitable grounding point is available, drill a 3/32" hole and secure the white wire using the provided eyelet and screw.

Connect to the Vehicle's Power Supply:
- On the passenger side, locate the vehicle's positive battery cable on the fuse box.
- Remove the nut and place the T-connector's power ring terminal on the stud.
- Replace the nut and install the fuse into the fuse holder.

- Adhere the black converter box to the vehicle frame using the provided double-sided tape.
- Secure any loose parts of the T-connector with the provided cable ties.

Route and Store the 4-Flat Wire:
