Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Rear Muffler Isolators:
- Remove the rearmost rubber isolators on both mufflers.

Lower Exhaust:
- Loosen the exhaust strap behind the mufflers to detach the exhaust pipes.
- Carefully lower the rear muffler section.
- Note: On 2010 models, you may need to remove the forward exhaust hangers for better access.

Fishwire Carriage Bolts and Spacers:
- Fishwire the 7/16 x 1" carriage bolts and CM-SP2 spacers through the frame access holes.
- This hardware will fasten to the bottom of the frame rails.

Raise Hitch into Position:
- Carefully position the hitch against the frame rails.
- Attach it loosely using the 7/16" hex flange nuts.
- Be careful not to push the carriage bolts back into the frame rails.

Install Remaining Hardware:
- Fishwire the remaining 7/16 x 1-1/2" carriage bolts and CM-SP2 spacers into position on both sides.
- Secure with the provided 7/16" hex flange nuts.

Exhaust Hanger Relocation (2010 Models Only):
- Fishwire 3/8 x 2" carriage bolts and CM-SP18 spacers through the access hole.
- Place the CM-SP52 round spacer and exhaust hanger onto the bolt.
- Secure using the 3/8" hex flange nuts.
- Repeat for the passenger-side frame rail.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 3/8" hardware to 45 ft-lbs.
- Torque all 7/16" hardware to 70 ft-lbs.

Reinstall Exhaust:
- Reattach the exhaust pipes and rubber isolators removed earlier.
Safety Notes:
- No Drilling Required: Uses existing frame access holes.
- Exhaust Hanger Relocation: Required on 2010 models for proper fitment.
