- (2) 1/2"-13 x 1-3/4" Carriage Bolts
- (2) 1/2"-13 Hex Nuts
- (4) 1/2" Conical Washers
- (2) 1/2" Flat Washers
- (2) M12 x 1.75 x 45 Hex Bolts
- (4) M12 Hex Nuts
- (2) 2" x 1.5" x 1/4" Spacers
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Tow Hooks (If Present):
- Remove the tow hook fasteners from inside the frame and bottom of the frame.
- Return the tow hooks and fasteners to the vehicle owner.

Position the Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning it with the existing holes in the frame.

Install Fasteners:
- Install the hitch using the supplied M12 hex bolts, hex nuts, and conical washers.
- If necessary, use 1/2" flat washers as spacers between the hitch and frame rails to ensure proper alignment.

Enlarge Holes (If Required):
- Due to variations in tow hook mounting holes, it may be necessary to enlarge the 1/2" holes in the hitch to 9/16" holes.

Optional Fascia Trimming:
- On 2002 and later models, the fascia may need to be pushed up 1-1/2" or trimmed for proper clearance.
- Consult the vehicle owner before trimming.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all M12 CL10.9 fasteners to 75 ft-lbs (102 N-m).
- Torque all 1/2" GR5 fasteners to 75 ft-lbs (102 N-m).
Safety Notes:
- Periodically check this receiver hitch to ensure all fasteners are tight and structural components are sound.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the vehicle frame to prevent water or exhaust fumes from entering.
- Warning: Do not exceed the vehicle’s Front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR).
- Maximum Cargo Capacity: 500 lbs.
- Maximum Winch Line Pull: 9,000 lbs.

- Follow proper safety precautions when working beneath the vehicle, including wearing eye protection.
- Do NOT use a torch to enlarge mounting holes.
