Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Angle Brackets:
- Remove the angle brackets from the inside surface between the frame rails and bumper brackets.

Position the Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position and align it with the existing weldnuts in the frame.

Install M12 Bolts:
- Attach the hitch using M12 bolts and conical toothed washers into the weldnuts on both sides.

Secure Bumper Bracket Fasteners:
- Install M14 bolts through the vehicle bumper bracket and the hitch.
- Use flat washers, lock washers, and hex nuts to secure.

Install 1/2"-13 Bolts:
- Insert the 1/2"-13 hex bolts and 1/4” spacer blocks through the bumper bracket and hitch.
- Secure with conical toothed washers and hex nuts.

Torque Fasteners:
- Tighten all fasteners to the following specifications:
- M14 x 2.00 CL10.9 bolts: 115 lb-ft (156 N·m).
- M12 x 1.25 CL9.8 bolts: 105 lb-ft (142 N·m).
- 1/2"-13 GR5 bolts: 75 lb-ft (102 N·m).
- Tighten all fasteners to the following specifications:

- (4) M12 x 1.25 x 40mm CL9.8 Hex Bolts
- (4) M14 x 2.00 x 40mm CL10.9 Hex Bolts
- (4) 5/8” Flat Washers
- (4) 5/8” Lock Washers
- (6) Conical Toothed Washers
- (2) 1/2”-13 x 1.75” Hex Bolts
- (2) 1/4” x 1” x 2” Spacer Blocks
- (2) 1/2”-13 Hex Nuts
Safety Notes:
- Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.
- Replace any damaged hitch or ball immediately.
- Follow all safety precautions when working beneath the vehicle, and wear eye protection.
- Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.

- Tighten all fasteners to the following specifications:
