Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Vehicle:
- Remove or bend up small plastic fascia tabs protruding from the bottom of the bumper fascia before installing the hitch.

Install Clamp Brackets:
- Attach the clamp brackets to the vehicle's crossmember using bolts and lock washers.
- Torque the bolts to 75 lb-ft (102 N*m) before raising the hitch into place.
- Ensure the bracket with weld nuts is on the forward side of the crossmember. The offset hole should face the passenger side.

Prepare the Hitch:
- Tape blocks and bolts to the hitch uprights as shown in the instructions. Ensure the blocks are positioned with their long sides vertical.

Position the Hitch:
- Raise the hitch under the vehicle, being careful not to dislodge the taped bolts.
- Loosely attach conical washers and nuts to hold the hitch in place.

Secure the Forward Block:
- Rotate the hitch and insert a 5/8” thick block vertically between the hitch bar and the clamp bracket.
- Secure with a 3” long hex bolt and conical washer. Torque the 3” bolt and the two rearward 1/2” nuts to 75 lb-ft (102 N*m).

Final Torque:
- Tighten all fasteners to the specified torque values.

Tools Required:
- Drill with a 3/32" drill bit.
- Phillips head #2 screwdriver.
- Wire cutters, wire strippers/crimpers.
- Tester or volt meter.
- Socket and ratchet set.
- Double-sided tape (provided).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Installation of the Module:

Determine the mounting location for the module.
- Use the provided double-sided tape to secure the module.
- Ensure the epoxy side of the module faces downward to prevent water buildup.

Connect the module’s black wire to a 12-gauge (or larger) power wire using a yellow butt connector.
