Installation Instructions for Toyota Tundra and Toyota Sequoia
Part Numbers:

Tools Required:
- 3/4” Wrench
- 18mm Wrench
- 19mm Wrench
- Drill with 1/2” Drill Bit
- Torque Wrench
Parts List:
- (2) 1/2”-13 x 1-3/4” Hex Bolts
- (4) M12 x 1.25 x 35 Hex Bolts
- (4) 1/2” Conical Washers
- (2) 1/2” Flat Washers
- (2) 1/2” Handle Nuts
- (2) 1/2” Lock Washers
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Skid Plates and Tow Hooks:
- Remove the skid plates and tow hooks from the vehicle.
- Return these components to the vehicle owner.

Position the Receiver:
- Raise the receiver into position against the frame rails.
- Install (4) M12 hex bolts through the hitch into the existing weldnuts on the frame rails.

Drill Frame Holes:
- Using the receiver as a template, drill (2) 1/2” holes into the frame rail.

Install Handle Nuts and Additional Bolts:
- Insert the 1/2” handle nuts through the frame rail access holes.
- Install the 1/2”-13 x 1-3/4” hex bolts and secure them using the provided 1/2” flat washers and lock washers.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 1/2” Grade 5 fasteners to 50 lb-ft (68 N-m).
- Torque all M12 Class 8.8 fasteners to 68 lb-ft (92 N-m).
Safety Notes:
- Periodically check this receiver hitch to ensure all fasteners are tight and structural components are sound.
- Do not exceed the vehicle’s Front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR).
- Maximum Cargo Capacity: 500 lbs.
- Maximum Winch Line Pull: 9,000 lbs.
- If the hitch or any components become damaged, replace them immediately.
