Parts List:
- (4) 1/2"-13 x 2-1/2" Carriage Bolts
- (6) 1/2"-13 x 1-3/4" Carriage Bolts
- (6) 1/2"-13 Hex Nuts
- (6) 1/2" Conical Toothed Washers
- (6) 1-1/2" x 2" x 1/4" Spacers
- (2) Pull Wire Tools
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Lower Fascia (If Present):
- Remove the lower fascia under the front bumper to provide access for hitch installation.

Remove Vehicle Tow Hooks (If Present):
- Remove the OEM tow hooks from the vehicle frame.
- These tow hooks can be reused with the hitch installation if desired.

Fishwire Carriage Bolts and Spacers into Position:
- Use the supplied pull wire tools to fishwire the 1/2"-13 x 2-1/2" carriage bolts and spacers through the end of the vehicle frame and out the mounting holes.
- Repeat this step for all attachment points on the vehicle frame.

Raise the Hitch into Position:
- Position the hitch so the mounting holes align with the carriage bolts and spacers fishwired in Step 3.

Attach and Secure the Hitch:
- Attach the hitch using the supplied 1/2"-13 hex nuts and conical toothed washers.
- Reinstall the OEM tow hooks (if desired) using the provided fasteners.

Drill Additional Mounting Holes (If Needed):
- If a large slot is not present on the frame, drill a 1/2" hole using the hitch as a template.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 1/2"-13 hardware to 75 lb-ft (102 N-m) using a torque wrench.

Trim and Reinstall Lower Fascia (Optional):
- If desired, trim the lower fascia to clear the hitch and reinstall it.
- Consult the vehicle owner before trimming.
Safety Notes:
- Periodically check this receiver hitch to ensure all fasteners are tight and structural components are sound.
- Warning: Do not exceed the vehicle’s Front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR).
- Maximum Cargo Capacity: 500 lbs.
- Maximum Winch Line Pull: 9,000 lbs.

- Observe all proper safety precautions when working beneath the vehicle, including wearing eye protection.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in body panels to prevent water or exhaust fume intrusion.
- Damaged hitches must be removed and replaced immediately.
