Installation Instructions for TransRACK Conduit Carrier
Part Number:

Tools Required:
- 9/16” Wrench
- 5/16” Nut Driver
- 6” Schedule 40 or 80 PVC Pipe
Parts List:
- U-Bolts (4)
- Steel Plates (4)
- 3/8”-16 Nylon Lock Nuts (8)
- Self-Tapping Screws (8)
- Door (1)
- End Cap (1)
Assembly Instructions:
Step 1: Attach the Door and End Cap
- Place the door and end cap onto a 6” PVC pipe.
- Secure using four self-tapping screws in the pre-drilled holes at each end of the pipe.
- Optional: For added security, replace self-tapping screws with pop rivets.
Step 2: Mount the Conduit Carrier
- Place the conduit carrier onto the truck rack.
- Position the steel plates under the truck rack cross bar.
- Place the U-bolts over the PVC pipe in front of and behind the cross bar, threading them through the steel plates.
- Secure with the provided nylon lock nuts.

- Cast aluminum door and end cap with stainless steel hardware.
- Spring-loaded door latch with urethane gasket for weather resistance.

- Check connections and fastenings periodically during use.
- Door latch tension can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the lock nut on the back of the door assembly.
- The door can be locked using a padlock with a diameter up to 1/2”.
