-
Connect the Tow Plug Adapter:

Ground the T-One® T-Connector:

- Caution: Ensure all other ground connections are secure when reattaching the ground stud.

Route the Power Wire:
- Locate the black 12-gauge power wire on the wiring harness.
- Attach the provided black wire and route it along the exterior frame or follow the existing wiring thresholds into the engine compartment to the battery.
- Warning: Avoid routing near hot pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank, or any points that could pinch or damage the wire.
-
Connect the Power Wire to the Battery:
- Disconnect the vehicle’s Negative (-) battery cable.
- Attach the ring terminal to the Positive (+) battery cable and secure it.
- Connect the other end of the fuse holder to the black wire using the provided yellow butt connector.

Mount the Black Box Module:
- Find a flat, out-of-the-way surface to mount the T-One® T-Connector’s black box module, preventing damage or rattling.
-
Drill for the 7-Way Harness:
- Inside the cargo area, drill a 2” hole near the connector using a hole saw.
- Deburr the hole and coat it with primer to prevent rust.
- Route the 7-Way harness through the hole and seat the grommet inside.
-
Route and Mount the 7-Way Socket:
- Determine the mounting location for the 7-Way socket.
- Route the harness containing the 7 wires behind the rear bumper fascia and over the bumper support bracket.
- Pin the 7-Way connector, connect it to the 7-Way socket, and mount the assembly in an accessible location (Bracket not included).
-
Test the Installation:
- Ensure all connections are complete for proper T-One® T-Connector functionality.

-
Secure the Harness:
- Use the provided cable ties to secure the remainder of the harness, avoiding areas that could pinch, cut, or melt the wire.
