Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Place M14 hex bolts into vehicle bushings from the outboard side of the frame rails. Leave bolt ends flush with the inboard side of frame rails.
- Raise the hitch into position and push M14 hex bolts through hitch frame brackets to support the hitch.
- Attach the remaining hardware as shown in the included diagrams.
- For Compass Rallye Package: Use the hitch receiver tube as a guide to cut a 2 1/4” wide by 2” high section from the bumper fascia for ball mount clearance.
- Raise the exhaust back into position if it was lowered before the hitch installation.

Installation Instructions for T-Connector Adapter for Jeep Compass

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove the Taillight Assemblies:
- Open the tailgate and remove the vehicle's taillight assemblies by removing the two clips securing them in place.
- Carefully pry the taillight housing away from the vehicle, ensuring not to break the alignment tabs.

Disconnect the Wiring Harness:
- Locate the vehicle's wiring harness connectors behind the taillight housing.
- Unlock the red locking tab and disconnect the wire harness from both taillight sockets.

Connect the Driver-Side T-Connector:
- On the driver's side, insert the T-Connector end with the yellow wire between the vehicle's wiring connectors.
