Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Fascia for Installation:
- Locate the existing grooved area on the bottom of the fascia as shown in Figure 2.
- Cut the fascia to provide access to the mounting holes in the vehicle cross member.
- Note: Obtain the vehicle owner's approval before cutting.

Position the Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning the holes in the hitch top plate with the holes in the vehicle cross member.

Install Fasteners:
- Secure the hitch using four (4) M10 x 1.50 x 70mm hex bolts and four (4) 3/8” conical toothed washers.

Torque Fasteners:
- Tighten all M10 CL8.8 fasteners to 38 lb-ft (52 N·m) using a torque wrench.
Hardware List:
- (4) M10 x 1.50 x 70mm CL8.8 Hex Bolts
- (4) 3/8” Conical Toothed Washers
Safety Notes:
- Frequently check the hitch to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.

- Near the rear of the vehicle, behind the bumper, or as indicated for vehicle-specific configurations.
Tools Required:
- Drill with a 3/32" drill bit.
- Phillips head #2 screwdriver.
- Wire cutters, wire strippers/crimpers.
- Tester or volt meter.
- Socket and ratchet set.
- Double-sided tape (provided).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Installation of the Module:

Determine the mounting location for the module.
- Use the provided double-sided tape to secure the module.
- Ensure the epoxy side of the module faces downward to prevent water buildup.

Connect the module’s black wire to a 12-gauge (or larger) power wire using a yellow butt connector.

Locate a suitable grounding point near the module:
- Drill a 3/32" hole if necessary and secure the white wire using the provided eyelet and self-tapping screw.
