Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Rear Fascia:
- For 2004-2005 Models:
- Remove the access door at the bottom of the fascia and return it to the vehicle owner.
- Open the tailgate, remove corner trim pieces, and unscrew two fasteners, one on each side.
- Remove two screws from each wheel well, pull the plastic trim away from the fascia, and remove three additional screws per side.
- Detach one screw and two plastic nuts from the bottom of the fascia.
- Pull the fascia straight back to remove.
- For 2006 and Newer Models:
- Follow similar steps, ensuring the fascia is detached carefully.
- For 2004-2005 Models:

Trim Fascia (if required):
- For 2004-2005 Models:
- Trim the inner fascia to match the profile of the access door.
- For 2006 and Newer Models:
- Trim both the inner and outer fascia. Use a 9.5” wide profile for hitches with electrical brackets and 6.5” wide for hitches without them. Ensure measurements are taken from the centerline of the fascia.
- For 2004-2005 Models:

Remove Bumper:
- Detach two nuts on each side to remove the bumper. Retain these nuts for reinstallation.

Align Hitch and Bumper:
- Clamp the hitch and bumper together off the vehicle.
- Align the mounting holes, ensuring the threaded hole in the bumper is on the passenger side.
- Drill two holes in the bumper using the hitch bracket as a template.

Install U-Bolt:
- Feed the U-bolt through the bumper bracket and bumper. Secure it finger-tight.

Attach Hitch and Bumper:
- Raise the hitch and bumper into position, sandwiching the hitch between the vehicle's end panel and bumper.
- Reattach using the nuts removed earlier.

Reinstall Fascia:
- Reattach the fascia, ensuring all fasteners are secure.

Torque Fasteners:
- Tighten all 3/8"-16 GR5 fasteners to 30 lb-ft (41 N·m).
- Tighten all M12 CL8.8 fasteners to 68 lb-ft (92 N·m).

- (2) 3/8"-16 Hex Nuts
Safety Notes:
- Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened.

- Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
