Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Rear Cargo Area:
- Open the rear tailgate.
- Remove access panels, threshold, trunk floor panels, and trays on the driver’s side.
- Carefully remove all items to avoid damage.

Remove Interior Trim Panels:
- On the driver’s side, partially remove the lower interior trim panels.
- Carefully set aside all removed items, avoiding damage to clips or panels.

Locate the Tow Plug Harness:
- Locate the grey 4-pin housing taped to the taillight harness on the driver’s side.
- Ensure all connector surfaces are clean and free of dirt.

Connect the T-Connector Harness:
- Insert the T-Connector harness into the vehicle’s tow plug harness and lock it into place.
- Ensure the connectors are fully inserted and the locking tabs are secure.

Secure the T-Connector Wiring:
- Use the provided cable ties to secure the T-Connector harness, avoiding areas that could pinch, cut, or melt the wires.
Note:
- Route the 4-flat connector through the driver’s side trim panel into the side storage compartment.
- Store the 4-flat connector there when not in use.

Reposition and Reinstall:
- Reposition the access panels, trays, trunk floor panels, and reattach the threshold.

Test the Installation:
- Test the T-Connector installation with a test light or trailer.
- Reset the vehicle’s electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition.
Warning:
- Ensure all connections are complete for the T-Connector to function properly.
