Installation Instructions for Ford F-250 / F-350 / F-450 Super Duty
Part Numbers:

Tools Required:
- Torque wrench
- Ratchet
- 13/16" wrench
- 7/8" socket
- 12" extension

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Lower the Spare Tire:
- To ease installation, temporarily remove the spare tire for additional working space.
- Note: This hitch does not fit with a 20" spare tire.

Position the Hitch:
- Position the hitch against the frame, aligning the hitch holes with the pre-drilled holes in the frame.

Insert Carriage Bolts and Spacers:
- Insert a 9/16-12 x 1-3/4" carriage bolt and square hole spacer into each bolt location from inside the frame rail.

Raise the Hitch into Position:
- Raise the hitch back into position and secure it to the frame rails using the 9/16-12 hex flange nuts provided.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 9/16" hardware to 150 lb-ft.

Reinstall the Spare Tire:
- Reinstall the spare tire once the hitch installation is complete.

- Square Hole Spacer, .313 x 1.25 x 2.00": Qty 2 (Part No. CM-SP738)
