Part Numbers:

- 8mm Socket
- 10mm Socket

- 19mm Wrench
- Flat Blade Screwdriver

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Underbody Panels:
- Remove the (2) underbody panels at the rear of the vehicle.

Lower the Exhaust:
- Remove the 10mm bolt securing the exhaust hanger bracket at the rear-most mounting point.
- Carefully lower the exhaust.

Remove Rear Bumper Fascia:
- Use a flat blade screwdriver to release the (8) bumper fascia tabs.
- Remove the (4) screws securing the fascia using an 8mm socket.

Raise the Hitch into Position:
- Raise the hitch into position over the (4) bumper beam mount studs, between the trunk panel and the bumper beam.
- Secure the hitch using:
- (4) M12 hex nuts
- (4) 1/2" lock washers.
- Note: Do not sandwich the hitch between the bumper beam and the vehicle frame.

Torque Hardware:
- Torque all M12 hardware to 82 lb-ft using a torque wrench.

Trim Underbody Panel:
- Trim the underbody panel to clear the hitch as per the Underbody Panel Trimming Diagram:
- Trim 5.25 in x 3.50 in section from the center panel.
- Trim the underbody panel to clear the hitch as per the Underbody Panel Trimming Diagram:

Reinstall Components:
- Raise the exhaust back into position and reinstall the 10mm exhaust hanger bolt.
- Reinstall the rear bumper fascia and the (2) underbody panels.
Hardware List:
- (4) M12 Hex Nuts
- (4) 1/2" Lock Washers
Safety Notes:
- Periodically check this receiver hitch to ensure all fasteners are tight and structural components are sound.
- Warning: Non-trailer loads must be supported by auxiliary stabilizing straps.
- Failure to properly support non-trailer loads will void the product warranty.
- Do not exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended towing capacity.
