Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Existing Hardware and Lower Exhaust:
- Locate and remove the (2) bolts from the frame using a 15mm socket.
- Remove the (3) bolts from the frame using an 18mm socket.
- Important: Leave one M12 bolt on the passenger side to hold the bumper bracket in position.
- Remove the bolt(s) securing the exhaust and muffler hanger(s).
- Lower the exhaust to allow for hitch installation.

Raise Hitch into Position:
- Raise the hitch into position against the bottom of the frame.
- Align the holes in the hitch frame brackets with the existing holes in the vehicle frame rails.
- Ensure no air conditioning lines are pinched between the hitch and the frame rail.
- Some fascia trimming may be required; refer to the Fascia Trim Diagram.

Install Fasteners:
- Use the existing M10 and M12 bolts to secure the hitch.
- A punch or screwdriver may be needed to align the holes during installation.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all M10 fasteners to 48 lb-ft.
- Torque all M12 fasteners to 86 lb-ft.

Reinstall Exhaust:
- Raise the muffler back into position and reinstall the exhaust hangers.
- Tip: Rotating the exhaust hanger bracket before tightening may add clearance between the hitch side bracket and the exhaust.

- Periodically check this receiver hitch to ensure all fasteners are tight and structural components are sound.
