Hardware List:
- 4 × 7/16"-14 x 1-1/4" grade 8 carriage bolts
- 4 × 7/16"-14 grade 8 hex flange nuts
- 4 × 7/16" fishwires
- 4 × CM-SP2 spacers (0.250" x 0.88" x 2.25")
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Lower Exhaust:
- Remove the two rubber isolators from the muffler towards the center of the vehicle.
- Remove the 13mm nut securing the rearmost hanger to the frame.
- Unclip the additional plastic exhaust bracket from the vehicle before lowering the exhaust.
- Note: Exhaust configurations may vary depending on the model.

Trim Heat Shield (if present):
- Unscrew the three speed nuts using needle-nose pliers to remove the heat shield.
- Trim the heat shield using aviation shears according to the specified dimensions.
- Reinstall the trimmed heat shield onto the vehicle.
- Note: All dimensions are approximate; confirm fit prior to trimming.

Remove Underbody Panel:
- On the passenger side, remove the underbody panel by taking out four screws using a 7mm socket.
- Remove three plastic nuts using a 10mm socket.
- Trim the underbody panel as per the provided diagram and set it aside for reinstallation.
- Note: All dimensions are approximate; confirm fit prior to trimming.

Fishwire Hardware:
- Fishwire two CM-SP2 spacers and two 7/16" carriage bolts through the access holes and out the mounting holes on each side.
- Refer to the Fishwire Technique Diagram for guidance.

Install Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning it with the frame rails.
- Secure the hitch with four 7/16" flange nuts (two on each side).

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 7/16" hardware to 70 ft-lbs.

Reinstall Components:
- Reinstall the trimmed underbody panel removed in Step 3.
- Raise the exhaust back into position and reinstall the rubber isolators as removed in Step 1.
Safety Notes:
- Load Capacities:
- Weight Carrying: 2,000 lbs. trailer weight, 200 lbs. tongue weight.
- Warning: Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity.
- Non-Trailer Loads:
- All non-trailer (wheel-less) loads applied to this product must be supported by CURT 18050 stabilizing straps.
- Failure to properly support non-trailer loads will void the product warranty.
- Maintenance:
- Periodically check this receiver hitch to ensure all fasteners are tight and all structural components are sound.
