Installation Instructions for Alfa Romeo Stelvio (2018-Present)
Part Numbers:

Tools Required:
- Ratchet
- T25 and T30 Torx Drivers
- 10mm and 3/4" Sockets
- 6" Socket Extension
- Rotary Tool
- Torque Wrench
- Safety Glasses
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Remove the underbody panels.
- Remove the underbody panels from both sides of the vehicle.
- Set the panels and fasteners aside for reinstallation in Step 5.
Step 2: Fishwire the rear-most hardware.
- Fishwire one 1/2" carriage bolt and one square-hole spacer through the enlarged access hole and out the rear-most hole on both frame rails.
- Reverse fishwire the remaining hardware into the other mounting holes in the bottom of the frame rails.
- Leave the fishwires attached for alignment during hitch installation.
Step 3: Position and secure the hitch.
- Raise the hitch into position, guiding the fishwires through the mounting holes on the hitch.
- Carefully remove the fishwires, ensuring the bolts stay in place.
- Loosely secure the hitch using the provided 1/2" hex flange nuts.
Step 4: Torque the hardware.
- Using a torque wrench, tighten all 1/2" hardware to 110 ft-lbs.
Step 5: Trim and reinstall the underbody panels.
- Trim the underbody panels following the provided trim diagram:
- Trim dimensions: 11" wide x 5" deep.
- Reinstall the trimmed underbody panels using the original fasteners.

- (4) 0.250" x 1.00" x 3.00" Square-Hole Spacers
- (4) 1/2"-13 Hex Flange Nuts
- (4) 1/2" Fishwire Tools
