Step-by-Step Instructions:
Bolt-On Rack Jack Installation:
- Place the gear housing on the tongue and insert the supplied bolts into the corresponding holes for the tongue width.

Bolt-On Mounting Bracket Instructions:
- Ensure the correct mounting hole pattern for the tongue size. The gap between the mounting bolts and the tongue must not exceed 1/16".
- Place the jack against the tongue and position the mounting straps on the opposite side of the tongue.

Snap Ring/Bolt-Through Instructions:
- Snap Ring Models: Place the jack bracket over the mount and fully seat the snap ring into the groove.
- Bolt-Through Models: Insert the jack bracket into the recessed opening on the mount. Tighten the locknut until there is minimal movement in the bushing.
A-Plate Mounting Instructions (Bolt-On or Weld-On):
- All welding must be performed by an AWS-certified welder.
- Align the jack and foot with the coupler and weld using a 3/16" fillet weld.
- Use three 3/8"-16 grade-5 bolts with washers for bolt-on applications and torque to 15-20 ft-lbs.
- Weld a support plate to the trailer frame with a 3/16" fillet weld if recommended.
Direct-Mount Instructions:
