Step-by-Step Instructions:

Locate Rear Weldnut:
- Find the weldnut on the outside of the frame rail above the access hole.
- Use a utility knife to remove the tape covering the weldnut.
- Check the threads by running the M12 hex bolt into the weldnut and removing it.

Feed Fasteners into Frame:
- Use the provided pullwires to insert the spacers and carriage bolts into position through the middle slot in each frame rail. Leave the pullwire attached for alignment.

Lower Exhaust System:
- Detach the exhaust system at the rubber isolators.
- Apply lubricant or soapy water to the metal hanger rod and rubber isolator to ease removal.
- Support the exhaust during the installation to prevent damage.

Position Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position and feed the pullwires through the slots on the hitch bars.
- Slide the hitch through the exhaust cutouts on the fascia into position.
- Remove the pullwires and loosely attach the 7/16” conical washers and hex nuts for support.

Install Remaining Fasteners:
- Insert the 1/2” conical washers and M12 bolts into the existing weldnuts and loosely tighten.

Reattach Exhaust:
- Reinstall the exhaust system using lubricant or soapy water to ease the process.

Tighten All Fasteners:
- Torque M12 CL8.8 fasteners to 68 Lb.-Ft. (92 N*M).
- Torque 7/16”-14 GR5 fasteners to 50 Lb.-Ft. (68 N*M).

- (2) Hex Bolts: M12 x 1.25 x 30 CL8.8
- (2) Spacers: 0.250” x 0.875” x 3.00”
- (2) Conical Washers: 1/2”
- (2) Carriage Bolts: 7/16”-14 x 1.75” GR5

- (2) Hex Nuts: 7/16”-14
