Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare Frame Rails:

-
Insert Rearward Hardware:

-
Position Hitch:
- Feed pull wires through the slots in the hitch.
- Raise the hitch into position, guiding it onto the carriage bolts. Remove the pull wires carefully.
- Attach conical washers and hex nuts to the bolts. Hand-tighten all fasteners.
-
Install Remaining Hardware:
- Using the same access holes as in Step 2, insert the remaining carriage bolt and spacer into each frame rail with the pull wire.
- Repeat the process to secure the hitch.
-
Tighten Fasteners:
- Tighten all 1/2"-13 GR5 fasteners to 75 ft-lbs (102 N*m) using a torque wrench.

Finish Installation:

- Inspect the hitch to ensure proper alignment and secure attachment.
