Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Remove Tie-Down Bracket:

   • If present, remove the tie-down bracket from the vehicle frame rail.
   • Discard the original bolts but retain the tie-down bracket for reinstallation with new hardware.

2. Install Carriage Bolt and Block:

   • Use the provided pull wire to feed the carriage bolt and block through the slots in the side of the frame rails.

3. Position Hitch:

   • Raise the hitch into position.
   • If necessary, lift the bumper mounting bracket over the fascia for proper alignment.
   • Secure the hitch with M12 bolts and conical washers into the existing weldnuts, ensuring that bolts are not pushed into the frame.

4. Hand-Tighten Bolts:

   • Hand-tighten all bolts to hold the hitch in place.

5. Torque Fasteners:

   • Use a torque wrench to tighten all fasteners to the following specifications:
     • 1/2-13 GR5 fasteners: 75 lb-ft
     • M12 CL10.9 fasteners: 75 lb-ft

• Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
