Tools Required:

• Ratchet
• Torque Wrench
• Safety Glasses
• Sockets: 16mm, 18mm
• 6" Socket Extension

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Remove Tow Hook:

   • Use a 16mm and 18mm socket to remove:
     • (2) Short bolts
     • (2) Long bolts
     • (2) Flange nuts
   • Remove the tow hook from the passenger side. Return all fasteners and the tow hook to the vehicle owner.

2. Position the Hitch:

   • Raise the hitch into position.
   • Align the bracket holes with the outside frame rail holes.
   • Insert the bolt (M12 x 1.75 x 110mm) and block (.375 x 1.50 x 2.00) through the frame rail holes.
   • Secure loosely using the conical washers (1/2") and hex nuts (M12 x 1.75).

3. Tighten Fasteners:

   • Use a torque wrench to tighten all M12 fasteners to 68 lb-ft (92 Nm).

4. Verify Installation:

   • Ensure all fasteners are tightened to the correct torque specifications.
   • Periodically check the hitch and ball mount for secure attachment.

• (6) M12 x 1.75 x 110mm CL10.9 Bolts
• (6) .375 x 1.50 x 2.00 Spacer Blocks
• (6) 1/2" Conical Toothed Washers
• (6) M12 x 1.75 Hex Nuts
