Step-by-Step Instructions:
Bolt-On Rack Jack Instructions:
- Place the gear housing on the tongue, inserting supplied bolts into the holes corresponding to the tongue width.
- Place the mounting bracket below the tongue with the flat surface against the tongue.
- Secure with locknuts and torque to 25 ft. lbs.
Bolt-On Mounting Bracket Instructions:
- Align the mounting bracket with the correct hole pattern for your tongue size. Ensure the gap between the mounting bolts and tongue is no more than 1/16".
- Position the jack against the tongue and align the holes in the mounting bracket with the mounting straps.
