Step-by-Step Instructions:

Fishwire Carriage Bolt and Spacer:
- Insert the pull wire through the slots on the bottom of the frame rails.
- Use the pull wire to feed the 1/2”-13 carriage bolt and large spacer through the slots, as shown in Figure 2.
- Leave the pull wires attached to assist with alignment when raising the hitch into position.

Remove Existing M12 Bolts:
- Remove the existing M12 bolts from the frame. Do not clean the threads.

Position Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position.
- Feed the pull wires through the rearward holes on the hitch brackets, starting with the driver’s side near the forward exhaust hanger.
- If necessary, loosen the passenger-side exhaust hanger to allow the bracket to move side to side for alignment.

Reinstall M12 Bolts:
- Reinstall the M12 bolts and washers removed in Step 2. Ensure they are not cross-threaded. If needed, clean only the first few threads to aid in bolt engagement.

Install Carriage Bolts:
- Remove the pull wires and install a conical washer and hex nut on the 1/2” carriage bolts. Be careful not to push the bolts back into the frame.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Torque all M12 x 1.50 CL10.9 fasteners to 92 Lb.-Ft. (125 N*M).
- Torque all 1/2”-13 GR5 fasteners to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N*M).

Re-tighten Passenger-Side Exhaust Hanger:
- If the exhaust hanger was loosened in Step 3, re-tighten it.
Hardware List:
- (2) 1/2”-13 x 2.00” Carriage Bolts
- (2) Large Spacers
- (2) 1/2” Conical Washers
- (2) 1/2”-13 Hex Nuts
Safety Notes:
- Regularly inspect all fasteners and the hitch ball to ensure proper tightening.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or body panels to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Installation Instructions for T-Connector Adapter

Wiring Access Location:
- Near the rear of the vehicle, behind the bumper, or as indicated for vehicle-specific configurations.
Tools Required:
- Drill with a 3/32" drill bit.
- Phillips head #2 screwdriver.
- Wire cutters, wire strippers/crimpers.
- Tester or volt meter.
- Socket and ratchet set.
- Double-sided tape (provided).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Installation of the Module:

Determine the mounting location for the module.
- Use the provided double-sided tape to secure the module.
- Ensure the epoxy side of the module faces downward to prevent water buildup.

Connect the module’s black wire to a 12-gauge (or larger) power wire using a yellow butt connector.

Locate a suitable grounding point near the module:
- Drill a 3/32" hole if necessary and secure the white wire using the provided eyelet and self-tapping screw.
- Clean the grounding area of dirt and rustproofing.
