• Wrenches: 3/4", 7/8"
• Drill Bits: 1/2"

Specifications:

• Max Gross Trailer Weight: 2,000 lb. (908 kg)
• Max Tongue Weight: 200 lb. (90.8 kg)
• Note: Do not exceed towing vehicle ratings.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare Vehicle:

   • Remove the spare tire from the trunk before drilling.

2. Position Hitch:

   • Raise the hitch into position and install the 1/2”-13 hex bolt at the tow hook location.

3. Drill Holes:

   • Using the hitch as a template, drill three (3) 1/2" holes for hitch attachment.

4. Install Carriage Bolts:

   • Install three (3) 1/2”-13 carriage bolts into the drilled holes.

5. Install Long Spacer:

   • Position the long spacer (with 2 square holes) inside the trunk pan as shown in the diagram.
   • Use the spacer as a template to drill the remaining 1/2" hole.
   • Install the remaining fasteners.

6. Seal Holes:

   • Seal all holes drilled in the trunk pan to prevent intrusion of exhaust fumes and water.

7. Reinstall Spare Tire:

   • Replace the spare tire in the trunk.

8. Tighten Fasteners:

   • Torque all 1/2” GR5 fasteners to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N*M).
