Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare Self-Tapping Bolts:
- Start threading the self-tapping bolts (Item 5) into the designated locations on the frame rail.
- Ensure the bolts are perpendicular to the frame rail and thread halfway or more before removing the bolts for later reinstallation.

Install Carriage Bolts:
- Feed the pull wire through the forward slot in the frame rail and out the open end of the frame.
- Attach the carriage bolt and spacer to the pull wire and pull them into position through the forward hole. Leave pull wires attached.

Raise Hitch into Position:
- Align the hitch with the frame rails and feed pull wires through the hitch slots. Use conical washers to hold bolts in place while removing the pull wires.
- Attach hex nuts and tighten to hold the hitch in place. Repeat on the opposite side.

Reinstall Self-Tapping Bolts:
- Secure the hitch with self-tapping bolts. Once all bolts are in place, center the hitch on the vehicle and tighten.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Vehicle:
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery terminal.
- Locate the positive post underneath the hood on the driver’s side.
- Open the rear doors and remove the rear combination lights using a Torx T25 bit. Push the vehicle connector and grommet into the rear cargo area.
- Temporarily remove three grommets from the rear cargo area and two from underneath the vehicle.

Install the Driver-Side T-One® Connector:
- Route the ModuLite® and T-One® Connector (yellow/brown wires) through the access point into the rear cargo area.
- Connect the T-One® Connector to the driver-side vehicle wiring harness and lock it into place.
- Route the ground wire to an existing chassis ground point and secure with the provided ring terminal.
- Secure the ModuLite® box with double-sided tape or cable ties.

Install the Passenger-Side T-One® Connector:
- Route the green/blue wire T-One® Connector behind the rear bumper fascia to the passenger-side access point.
- Repeat Step 2 for the passenger side.

Route the Body Harness:
- Route the red/black/blue body harness from the rear of the vehicle to the engine compartment, following the bumper support bracket channel and existing wiring.
- Connect the black wire to the battery’s positive post using the 30 AMP fuse holder, butt connector, and ring terminal.
- Connect the red wire to the battery’s positive post using the 15 AMP fuse holder, butt connector, and ring terminal.

Install the Brake Control Harness:
- Mount the Brake Control Harness in a suitable location.
- Route the Brake Control Harness white/blue/black wires through an existing firewall grommet into the engine compartment.
- Connect the white wire to the chassis ground and the black wire to the battery’s positive post using the 30 AMP fuse holder.
- Connect the blue wire to the body harness blue wire.

Install the 7-Way Connector:
- Determine a mounting location for the 7-way connector. Drill a 2” hole if necessary.
- Route the 7-way harness behind the rear bumper fascia to the mounting location.
- Secure the 7-way connector and mount it using a bracket (not included).

Secure the Harness:
- Use the provided cable ties to secure all wiring, avoiding areas that may pinch, cut, or melt the wires.

Reassemble Components:
- Replace all trim panels, grommets, and any other components removed for installation. Seal altered grommets with silicone.

Reconnect the Battery:
- Reconnect the negative battery cable.
