Specifications:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Fascia Tabs' Forward Fasteners:
- Detach the forward attachment fasteners of the fascia tabs.

Fishwire Carriage Bolts and Blocks:
- Use the pull wires to guide the carriage bolts and blocks into the frame rails through the access holes.
- Leave the pull wire attached for alignment during installation.

Raise Hitch into Position:
- Lift the hitch into position over the fascia tabs.
- Thread the pull wires through adjacent holes in the hitch and remove the pull wires.
- Attach conical washers and hex nuts finger-tight only. Ensure the fasteners are not pushed back into the frame rail.

Install Remaining Fasteners:
- Attach the remaining fasteners as shown in the instructions.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Torque all fasteners to the specified values:
- 7/16"-14 GR5 fasteners: 50 Lb.-Ft. (68 N*M)
- 3/8"-16 GR5 fasteners: 30 Lb.-Ft. (41 N*M)
- Torque all fasteners to the specified values:

Reattach Fascia Straps:
- Replace and secure the fascia straps to their original position.
Hardware List:
- (6) Carriage Bolts: 7/16"-14 x 1-1/2” GR5
- (2) Hex Bolts: 3/8"-16 x 2.00” GR5
- (6) Spacers
- (6) Conical Washers: 7/16”
- (2) Conical Washers: 3/8”
- (6) Hex Nuts: 7/16"-14
- (2) Hex Nuts: 3/8"-16
- (2) Flat Washers
Safety Notes:
- Regularly inspect all fasteners and the hitch ball to ensure proper tightening.
- If the hitch is removed, plug any holes in the trunk pan or body panels to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.
- Replace any damaged hitch or ball immediately.

- Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
