- Drill with a 3/32" drill bit.
- Screw or cable ties (provided in the kit).
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove all plastic trim panels in the trunk to locate the vehicle's wiring harness (Fig. 1).
- The harness will have connection points matching the ends of the T-Connector adapter.

Starting on the driver’s side:
- Separate the vehicle’s wiring connectors carefully to avoid damaging the locking tabs.
- Attach each end to the T-Connector containing the yellow wire.
- Ensure that the connectors are fully inserted with locking tabs secure.

Remove the rear trim panel inside the trunk.
- Route the wire to the passenger side of the vehicle.
- Repeat step 2 using the T-Connector containing the green wire.

Locate a suitable grounding point near the adapter.
- Caution: Do not drill into the vehicle floor or bed.
- Clean the area of dirt and rustproofing.
- Drill a 3/32" hole and secure the white wire using the provided eyelet and screw.
