- Insert carriage bolts and blocks through existing access slots and into attachment holes as shown in the diagram for each side.
- Raise the hitch into position and fasten with conical toothed washers and nuts as shown in the diagram for each side.
- Tighten all 1/2” GR5 fasteners to 75 lb-ft (102 N·m).

Wiring Access Location:
- Tail light wiring harness near the rear interior trim panels on both sides of the vehicle.
Tools Required:
- Screw or cable tie (provided in the kit).
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove the rear interior trim panels near the doors.
- Locate the vehicle’s tail light wiring harness.
- There will be connection points on each side of the vehicle matching the ends of the T-Connector adapter.

Disconnect the vehicle’s wiring harness connectors on the driver’s side.
- Note: Be careful not to damage the locking tabs.

Position the black box on the left (driver’s) side of the vehicle.
- Plug the T-Connector harness connector containing the yellow wire into the left vehicle wiring harness connector.

Part 1: Install the 4-Way to 7-Way Adapter
