Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Plastic Trim Piece:
- Use a flat head screwdriver to remove (3) push rivets from the plastic trim piece located under the fascia on the driver side.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen (1) Christmas tree screw from the plastic trim piece.
- Remove the trim piece and return it to the owner.

Remove Taillights:
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove (2) screws from the driver-side taillight.
- Use plastic trim tools to carefully disconnect the taillight and set it aside.
- Repeat the process for the passenger side.

Remove Fascia Hardware:
- (a) Use a flat head screwdriver to remove (2) push rivets connecting the fascia and impact bar.
- (b) Remove (2) push rivets from the bottom passenger side of the fascia. Repeat for the driver side.
- (c) Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove (1) screw under the driver-side taillight and remove (1) push rivet using a flat head screwdriver. Repeat for the passenger side.

Loosen Wheel Well Liner:
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove (4) screws from the wheel well liner on the driver side.
- Repeat this process for the passenger side.

Remove Fascia:
- Use plastic trim tools to remove the fascia starting at the outer edges near the wheel wells. Gently pull the fascia and set it aside for reinstallation.
- Disconnect any sensors if present.

Remove Impact Bar:
- Use a 13mm socket to remove (4) 8mm screws securing the impact bar. Return the impact bar and screws to the owner.

Install Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position.
- Loosely fasten the 8mm and 7/16 hardware to the brackets, and 1/2 hardware to the tow hook. Tape washers to brackets for easier installation.
- Tighten all 8mm fasteners to 20 ft-lb (27 Nm), all 7/16-14 GR5 fasteners to 50 ft-lb (68 Nm), and all 1/2-13 GR5 fasteners to 75 ft-lb (102 N*m).

Trim Fascia:
- Mark the center of the fascia using a tape measure and marker.
- Use a die grinder to cut a 1.5" x 3" notch in the bottom of the fascia. Ensure the area is clear of all electrical wiring before trimming.

Reinstall Components:
- Reinstall the fascia, wiring harness, fasteners, wheel liners, and taillights removed in Steps 2–5.
- Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened.
- Plug any removed holes in the trunk pan or body panels to prevent water or exhaust fumes from entering.
