Install Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning the slots in the hitch with the attachment holes in the bumper beam.
- Insert four 1/2" hex bolts with flat washers through the hitch and the holes in the bumper beam from the forward side to the rear.
- Secure with the 1/2" flange locknuts provided in the kit.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Using a torque wrench, tighten all 1/2"-13 Grade 5 fasteners to 75 ft-lbs (102 N*m).
Hardware List:
- (4) Hex Bolt 1/2"-13 x 4 1/2" GR5

Installation Instructions for T-One® T-Connector for Ford Full Size Bronco (Except with LED Taillights)

- Trim Panel Remover
- 10mm Socket & Ratchet or 10mm Wrench
- Drill (3/32” Drill Bit)
- 1/4” Socket
- Wire Crimpers
- Wire Cutters
- Phillips Head Screwdriver

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Open the Rear Door:
- Locate the protective covers next to each taillight.
- Starting on the driver’s side, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove four clips and a panel puller to remove the protective cover.
- Remove the two 10mm bolts with a socket and carefully set aside the bolts, clips, and cover to expose the taillight connector. Repeat for the passenger side.

Disconnect the Taillight Wiring Harness:
- On both sides of the vehicle, locate and disconnect the taillight wiring harness connectors.
- Ensure all connectors are clean and free of dirt and avoid breaking the locking tabs.

Connect the Driver-Side T-Connector:
- Insert the T-One® Connector end with the yellow wire between the driver-side wiring connectors.
- Ensure the connectors are fully inserted and the locking tabs are securely engaged.

Mount the Black Box:
- Mount the T-One® Connector black box on the driver’s side using the provided double-sided tape.
- Secure the box in an exposed area above and behind the taillight.
- Warning: Ensure the epoxy side of the module is facing downward to prevent water accumulation.

Ground the White Wire:
- Locate a suitable grounding point, such as the vehicle’s frame or crossmember.
- Clean the grounding area of dirt and rustproofing.
- Drill a 3/32” hole and secure the white wire using the provided eyelet and screw.
- Caution: Verify the area behind the surface before drilling to avoid damage or injury.

Route the Passenger-Side T-Connector:
- Route the harness containing the green wire and 4-flat connector down the opening between the bumper and body.
- Route the green wire to the passenger side and up through the opening to the taillight pocket.

Connect the Passenger-Side T-Connector:
- Insert the T-One® Connector end with the green wire between the passenger-side wiring connectors.
- Ensure the connectors are fully inserted and the locking tabs are engaged.

Route the Power Wire:
- Locate the black 14-gauge power wire from the T-One® Connector black box.
- Connect the provided black 12-gauge wire and route it along the exterior frame or existing wiring to the engine compartment.
- Avoid routing near hot pipes, heat shields, fuel tanks, or areas that may pinch or damage the wire.

Connect to the Vehicle Battery:
- Disconnect the vehicle’s Negative (-) battery cable.
- Remove the fuse from the yellow fuse holder and attach the ring terminal to the Positive (+) battery cable.
- Connect the other end of the fuse holder to the black 12-gauge wire using the provided yellow butt connector.
- Warning: Follow all warnings printed on the tow vehicle’s battery.

Reconnect the Battery and Test:
- Reconnect the Negative (-) battery cable and install the 15-amp fuse into the fuse holder.
- Test the installation using a test light or trailer. Reset the vehicle’s electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition.

Secure the Harness:
- Use the provided cable ties to secure the remaining harness, avoiding areas where the wires could be pinched, cut, or melted.

Reinstall Covers:
- Reinstall the protective covers, bolts, and other items removed during installation.
- Ensure no wires are pinched or damaged.

- Overloading circuits can cause fires. Do not exceed stated product ratings.
