For Sprinter Van Models:

Remove Tie-Down Hook:
- Detach the tie-down hook from the passenger side frame rail.
- Return the tie-down hook and fasteners to the vehicle owner.

Position the Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position.
- Install the fasteners as shown:
- Insert a hex bolt and lock washer through the round hole in the hitch bracket.
- Insert hex bolts and toothed washers through the oblong slots in the hitch bracket, on both sides.
For Sprinter Cab & Chassis Models:

Remove Wheel Chock Bracket (if present):
- Remove the wheel chock bracket from the driver side frame rail and retain it for reinstallation.
- Discard the bolts.

Position the Hitch:
- Raise the hitch and the wheel chock bracket into position.
- Install the fasteners as shown:
- Insert a hex bolt and lock washer through the round hole in the hitch bracket.
- Insert hex bolts and toothed washers through the oblong slots in the hitch bracket, on both sides.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Use a torque wrench to tighten all M12 x 1.75 CL8.8 fasteners to 68 lb-ft (92 N·m).

Prepare the Vehicle:
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery terminal.
- Access the battery by removing the metal plate under the driver’s side floor mats.
- Open the rear doors and remove the taillights using a Phillips screwdriver. Push the vehicle connector through the gasketed hole into the rear cargo area pillar.
- Remove the bumper fascia and air baffle below the driver’s side using a trim panel puller and Torx bits.

Connect Driver-Side T-One® Connector:
- Route the T-One® Connector with the yellow wire up into the driver-side taillight hole.
- Connect it to the vehicle wiring harness and lock into place. Ensure the connection is secure and undamaged.

Mount the ModuLite® Box:
- Secure the ModuLite® box near the driver-side taillight using the provided double-sided tape or cable ties.

Route Passenger-Side T-One® Connector:
- Route the T-One® Connector with the green wire behind the rear fascia to the passenger-side taillight. Connect it to the vehicle wiring harness and lock into place.

Install Body Harness:
- Route the body harness with red, black, and blue wires from the driver’s side to the front of the vehicle, following existing wiring routes. Avoid hot pipes, heat shields, and fuel tanks.
- Use the 30 AMP fuse holder, butt connector, and ring terminal to connect the black wire to the battery.
- Connect the 12-gauge red wire to the battery using the 25 AMP fuse holder, butt connector, and ring terminal.

Installation and Operation Instructions for the P3 Electronic Brake Control
Specifications:
- Supports 2, 4, 6, and 8 brake applications.
- Utilizes proportional braking with an inertial sensor.
Tools Required:
