Step-by-Step Instructions:

Lower Exhaust:
- Lower the exhaust by detaching the exhaust hanger on the passenger side.

Lower Load Leveling Compressor (if equipped):
- On the driver’s side, remove the load leveling compressor using one M10 bolt and two M6 nuts.
- If necessary, trim the vertical tab on the compressor bracket to clear the adjacent M10 bolt.

Raise the Hitch into Position:
- Raise the hitch into position and secure it using the M10-1.5 x 45mm bolts into the existing weldnuts on both sides.

- On the passenger side, fishwire a 1/2" carriage bolt and spacer blocks through the existing slot in the frame rail and into the forward-most drilled hole.
- Secure the bolts using blocks, lock washers, and nuts as follows:
- Short Wheelbase: Place two spacer blocks between the frame rail and hitch.
- Long Wheelbase: Place two spacer blocks between the hitch and flange nut.

Install Handle Nuts:
- Insert the handle nut through the square hole in the vehicle frame rail.
- Install the hex bolt and conical washer through the rear-most drilled hole.

Reattach Exhaust Hanger and Compressor:
- Reattach the exhaust hanger and load leveling compressor using the original M10 fasteners.
- AWD Models: Pass the exhaust hanger through the 3" slot in the side plate and use 1/4" spacer blocks for reattachment.
