Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Tie-Down Bracket:
- Using a 17mm socket and 8" extension, remove the tie-down bracket located on the driver's side frame rail.
- Return the bracket and hardware to the vehicle owner.

Lower Rear Exhaust Isolator:
- Temporarily lower the rearmost exhaust isolator for ease of installation.

Clean Existing Weld Nuts:
- Use a wire pipe brush to clean any debris or corrosion from the existing weld nuts on the frame rails.

Raise Hitch into Position:
- Raise the hitch into position so it aligns with the existing weld nuts on both the driver and passenger-side frame rails.

Install Fasteners:
- Secure the hitch using the supplied M12 hex bolts and conical toothed washers.
- Finger tighten all bolts to hold the hitch in place.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all M12 bolts to 86 lb-ft.

Reattach Exhaust:
- Raise the exhaust back into position and reinstall the rubber exhaust isolator.
Panel Trim Instructions (If Applicable):
- If a panel is present, trim it as follows:
- Use the rib as a guide.
- Trim 1.5 inches for hitch clearance.
Safety Notes:
- No Drilling Required: Uses existing weld nuts in the frame.
- Torque Hardware: Ensure all fasteners are torqued to the specified value.
