- Ratchet
- Torque Wrench
- 19mm Socket

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Bumper Fascia Panel:
- Remove the bumper fascia panel.
- Note: The panel may be reinstalled on some models after hitch installation, if desired.

Lower the Exhaust:
- Lower the exhaust to ease installation.
- Refer to the Rubber Isolator Removal Diagram for instructions.

Raise Hitch into Position:
- Position the hitch over the exhaust pipes and align the slots in the hitch with the existing weld nuts in the bottom of the frame rails.

Secure Hitch to Frame Rails:
- Install (4) M12 bolts and conical toothed washers through the hitch side plates and into the existing weld nuts in the frame rails.

Install Hardware in Bumper Beam:
- If weld nuts are present:
- Install (2) M12 bolts and conical toothed washers into the bumper beam.
- If weld nuts are NOT present:
- Fishwire 1/2"-13 x 1-1/4" carriage bolts and CM-SP6 spacers into position through the end of the bumper beam.
- If needed, enlarge the square access hole next to the mounting locations to fishwire hardware into position.
- Secure with 1/2" hex flange nuts.
- Refer to the Fishwire Technique Diagram for guidance.
- If weld nuts are present:

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all M12 hardware to 86 ft-lbs.
- Torque all 1/2" hardware to 110 ft-lbs.

Reinstall Components:
- Raise the exhaust back into position and reinstall the rubber isolators.
- Reinstall the fascia panel, if desired.

- (6) M12 x 1.75 x 30 Hex Bolts
- (6) 1/2" Conical Toothed Washers
- (2) 1/2"-13 UNC Carriage Bolts, 1-1/4"
- (2) CM-SP6 Square Hole Spacers (0.250 x 1.00 x 3.00")
- (2) 1/2"-13 UNC Hex Flange Nuts
- (2) 1/2" x 30" Fishwire Tools
