Hardware List:
- Carriage Bolt: 1/2-13 UNC, 1-1/4", Grade 8, YZ (Qty: 2)
- Flange Nut: 1/2-13 UNC, Grade 8, YZ (Qty: 2)
- Hex Bolt: 5/8-11 UNC, 1-1/2", Grade 8, YZ (Qty: 2)
- Flat Washer: 5/8", YZ (Qty: 2)
- Flange Nut: 5/8-11 UNC, Grade 8, YZ (Qty: 2)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Raise Hitch Into Position:
- Position the hitch between the frame rails.
- Install 5/8" Fasteners:
- Install the 5/8" fasteners into the bumper with loops as shown in the diagram.
- Install Remaining 1/2" Fasteners:
- Secure the 1/2" carriage bolts into each bumper bracket and attach them with the provided flange nuts.
- Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 5/8" fasteners to 210 lb-ft.
- Torque all 1/2" fasteners to 110 lb-ft.
Safety Notes:
- No Drilling Required: The hitch uses existing mounting points.
- If necessary, loosen the four (4) bumper bolts for improved hitch alignment.
