Parts List:
- (2) 1/2"-13 x 2-1/4" Carriage Bolts
- (2) 1-1/2" x 2" x 1/4" Spacers
- (2) 1" x 2" x 7/16" Spacers
- (2) 1/2" Hex Nuts
- (2) 1/2" Lock Washers
- (2) 1/2" Flat Washers
- (4) M10 x 1.50 x 35 Hex Bolts
- (4) 3/8" Conical Washers
- (2) Fishwire Tools
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Steel Skid Shield (If Present):
- If the vehicle has a steel skid shield, remove it and return it to the vehicle owner.

Remove or Trim Lower Fascia:
- Remove the lower fascia or trim it to clear the front-mounted receiver.
- Consult the vehicle owner before trimming.

Lower the Sway Bar Brackets:
- Loosen and lower the sway bar brackets on each frame rail to allow installation.

Raise Hitch into Position:
- Position the receiver hitch on the frame, ensuring alignment with the mounting holes.
- Loosely reinstall the sway bar brackets with the hitch in place.

Flatten Frame Lip (If Necessary):
- Flatten the lip on the underside of the frame rail to allow proper installation of the spacers and bolts.

Drill Frame Holes:
- Using the hitch as a template, drill a 1/2" hole into the vehicle’s frame rail where indicated.

Fishwire Carriage Bolts and Spacers:
- Use the supplied fishwire tools to feed the 1/2"-13 carriage bolts and spacers through the slot at the end of the frame rail and into the drilled hole.
- Secure the bolts with the supplied 1/2" hex nuts and lock washers.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque all 1/2"-13 fasteners to 75 ft-lbs (102 N-m).
- Torque all M10 fasteners to 42 ft-lbs (57 N-m).
Safety Notes:
- Periodically check this receiver hitch to ensure all fasteners are tight and structural components are sound.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the vehicle body to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.
- Warning: Do not exceed the vehicle’s Front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR).
- Maximum Cargo Capacity: 300 lbs.
- Maximum Winch Line Pull: 9,000 lbs.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
