Pre-Installation:

Installation:

1. Bed Rail Installation:

   • Measure from the rear edge of the truck bed to the rear edge of the base rail and mark the position.

2. Frame Bracket Attachment:

   • Attach the driver-side front adapter bracket using a circular block to match the embossed area of the frame.
   • Use a 1/4” x 1.50” x 3” block and a 3/8” x 1.50” x 2” block to secure the bracket to the frame.
   • Attach the carriage bolt, conical washer, and nut to secure the bracket. Torque to 75 ft-lbs.

3. Rear Bracket Installation:

   • Drill and install rear brackets using the same process as the front.

General Installation Instructions:

Preparation:

1. Raise the Vehicle:

   • Elevate the rear of the truck and support it securely with jack stands to access the installation area.

2. Verify Compatibility:

   • Confirm the vehicle's bed liner type:
     • Plastic Liners: Must be removed or cut for installation.
     • Spray-In Liners: Allowable; ensure sufficient curing time.

3. Safety Precautions:

Rail Installation:

   • Measure the specified distance from the rear edge of the truck bed to the rear edge of the base rail:

Step-by-Step Instructions:
