Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove the Fascia Door:
- Remove and return the fascia door to the vehicle owner.
-
Remove Rear Fascia (if equipped with integrated exhaust outlets):
- Remove (5) screws inside each wheel well toward the rear.
- Remove (1) screw on the bottom of the fascia near the wheel well.
- Detach the rear side of the wheel well trim using fascia removal tools.
- Remove (1) bolt in the corner of the rear fascia above the wheel well.
- Underneath the vehicle, remove (1) plastic rivet from the fascia near the center.
- Open the tailgate, remove (2) bolts and (1) screw along the tailgate seal below the tail lights.
- Carefully remove the fascia, starting from one wheel well and working around.

Lower the Exhaust:
- Detach the rubber exhaust hangers to lower the rear portion of the exhaust:
- (2) hangers for single exhaust
- (4) hangers for dual exhaust.
- Support the exhaust to prevent damage.
- Detach the rubber exhaust hangers to lower the rear portion of the exhaust:

Raise the Hitch into Position:
- Raise the hitch over the exhaust pipes, aligning the slots in the hitch with the weldnuts in the frame rails.

Install Side Fasteners:
- Loosely install M12 bolts and 1/2” conical washers into the existing weldnuts on each side.

Install Central Fasteners:
- Install fasteners in the central receiver bracket with spacers sandwiched between the bracket and bumper:
- With Bumper Weldnuts: Use (2) M12 bolts and (2) 1/2” conical washers.
- Without Bumper Weldnuts: Use (2) 1/2” bolts, (2) 1/2” conical washers, and (2) handle nuts.
- Install fasteners in the central receiver bracket with spacers sandwiched between the bracket and bumper:

Tighten Fasteners:
- Tighten all M12 CL10.9 fasteners to 92 lb-ft (125 N·m).
- Tighten all 1/2"-13 GR5 fasteners to 50 lb-ft (68 N·m).

Reattach Exhaust:
- Raise the exhaust back into position and reattach the hangers:
- (2) hangers for single exhaust
- (4) hangers for dual exhaust.
- Raise the exhaust back into position and reattach the hangers:

Reinstall Rear Fascia (if removed):
- Reverse the steps from Step 2 to reinstall the rear fascia.

- (6) M12 x 1.75 x 45mm CL10.9 Hex Bolts
- (2) 1/4” x 1” x 2” Spacers
- (6) 1/2” Conical Washers
- (2) 1/2” Handle Nuts
- (2) 1/2”-13 x 1-3/4” Hex Bolts
Safety Notes:
- Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.
- Replace any damaged hitch or ball immediately.
- Follow all safety precautions when working beneath the vehicle, and wear eye protection.
- Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.

Installation Instructions for T-One® T-Connector
Part Numbers:

Tools Required:
- Drill (3/32” Drill Bit)
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
- 7mm Socket & Ratchet or 7mm Wrench
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove the Tail Light Assemblies:
- Open the rear door of the vehicle.
- Remove the two bolts securing each tail light housing assembly.
- Carefully pry the tail light housing assembly away from the vehicle, being cautious not to break the alignment tabs.

Disconnect the Driver’s Side Wiring Harness:
- On the driver’s side, disconnect the vehicle’s wiring harness from the tail light socket.
- Plug the T-Connector end with the yellow wire between the mating plugs on the driver’s side tail light socket and vehicle wiring harness.

Route the T-Connector Wires:
- On the driver’s side, route the T-Connector end with the green wire and the 4-flat connector wire down through the opening between the vehicle bumper and body.
- Route the T-Connector end with the green wire to the passenger side underneath the bumper.
Warning: Avoid routing wires near hot pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank, or any points that could pinch or damage the wire.

Connect the Passenger Side T-Connector:
- Route the T-Connector end with the green wire up through the opening on the passenger side.
- Connect it to the passenger-side tail light socket and vehicle wiring harness by repeating step 2 for the passenger side.

Ground the White Wire:
- Locate a suitable grounding point near the connector, such as the vehicle's frame or cross member. Do not drill into the vehicle floor or bed.
- Clean the area of dirt and rustproofing.
- Drill a 3/32” hole and secure the white wire using the provided eyelet and screw.
Caution: Verify what is behind any surface before drilling to avoid damage to the vehicle and/or personal injury. Do not drill into any exposed surfaces.

Reinstall the Tail Light Assemblies:
- Reinstall the tail light housing assemblies, positioning the vehicle wiring harness between the housing and the vehicle body.
- Secure the remainder of the T-Connector harness with the provided cable ties to prevent damage or rattling. Avoid areas that could cut or pinch the wire.
Note: Mount the 4-flat connector in a suitable location under the vehicle. Bracket not included.

Test the Installation:
- Ensure all connections are complete.
- Test and verify the installation with a test light or trailer.
Warning:
- Overloading circuits can cause fires. Do not exceed the lower of the towing manufacturer’s rating or:
