- Wrenches: 3/4"

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Dodge Chassis Cab Models:

Remove Rear Rivet:
- Remove the rearmost rivet on the bottom of the frame rail on each side. This location will be enlarged in Step 3.

Position Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position.
- Ensure the rear edges of the horizontal flanges are flush with the end of the frame rails.
- Clamp the hitch to the frame rails to hold it in place.

Drill Frame Holes:
- Use the hitch as a template to drill three (3) holes on each side of the frame.
- Exercise caution when drilling near fuel filler lines on the driver’s side.

Install Fasteners:
- Secure the hitch using the provided hardware as shown in the installation diagram.
Chevrolet/GMC Cab & Chassis Models:

Align Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning the 1" diameter hole with the rivet on the bottom surface of the frame rail on each side.
- Clamp the hitch to the frame.

Drill Frame Holes:
- Use the hitch as a template to drill three (3) holes on each side of the frame.

Install Fasteners:
- Secure the hitch using the provided hardware as shown in the installation diagram.
Torque Specifications:
- Tighten all 1/2"-13 GR8 fasteners to 110 lb-ft (149 N*m).
Hardware List:
- (6) Carriage Bolts, 1/2"-13 x 1.75" GR8
- (6) Spacer Blocks, 1/4" x 1" x 3"
- (6) Lock Washers, 1/2"
- (6) Hex Nuts, 1/2"-13 GR8
Safety Notes:
- Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are securely tightened.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or body panels to prevent water or exhaust fumes from entering.
- Replace any damaged hitch or ball immediately.
- Observe safety precautions when working beneath the vehicle and wear eye protection.
- Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
