Step-by-Step Instructions:

Lower Spare Tire:
- Lower the spare tire to provide access to existing slots in the vehicle frame rails.

Remove Electrical Bracket:
- If an electrical bracket is present, remove it from the vehicle and relocate it as necessary to allow for hitch installation.

Position Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning it with the slots in the frame rails.

Install Fasteners:
- Secure the hitch using the following hardware:
- (8) Hex Bolts, 1/2"-13 x 1.75" GR5
- (8) Conical Washers
- (4) Spacer Blocks
- (2) Lock Washers
- (8) Hex Nuts, 1/2"-13
- Secure the hitch using the following hardware:

Raise Spare Tire:
- Reposition the spare tire to ensure clearance between the receiver tube and the hex bolts coming through the frame rails.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Use a torque wrench to tighten all 1/2"-13 GR5 fasteners to 75 lb-ft (102 N*m).
Torque Specifications:
- 1/2"-13 GR5 fasteners: 75 lb-ft (102 N*m)
Hardware List:
- (8) Hex Bolts, 1/2"-13 x 1.75" GR5
- (8) Conical Washers
- (4) Spacer Blocks
- (2) Lock Washers
- (8) Hex Nuts, 1/2"-13
Safety Notes:
- Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are securely tightened.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or body panels to prevent water or exhaust fumes from entering.
