Part Numbers:

- Torque wrench
- Ratchet
- 3/4" socket
- 15/16" socket
- Fishwire tool (provided)
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Position the Hitch:
- Position the hitch on the vehicle frame as shown in the diagram.
- Align the hitch holes with the existing weldnuts on the passenger side and the slots in the tow hook mounting pad on the driver side.
- Loosely install the provided hex bolts.

Fishwire Carriage Bolts:
- Fishwire a 1/2" carriage bolt and square hole spacer through the end of the frame on the passenger side.
- Secure the bolt with a 1/2" flange nut.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Tighten the fasteners on the driver side and the side fastener on the passenger side first.
- Tighten the fasteners on the bottom of the passenger side frame last.

Install Spacers:
- Use two 5/8" flat washers as spacers between the hitch and the tow hook mounting pad on the driver side.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque the following hardware to the specified values:
- M12 fasteners: 86 lb-ft
- 1/2" fasteners: 110 lb-ft
- 5/8" fasteners: 210 lb-ft
- Torque the following hardware to the specified values:

Final Check:
- Periodically check the hitch to ensure all fasteners remain tight and all structural components remain sound.
