Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Rearmost Fasteners:
- For vehicles with a step bumper, remove the rearmost bumper bracket bolt and J-nut from both sides.

Position Hitch:
- Place the hitch on the vehicle, ensuring the bumper brackets (if present) are sandwiched between the hitch and the vehicle frame. Install the rearmost fasteners.

Drill Forward Holes:
- Using the hitch as a template, drill two (2) 1/2" holes into the frame at the forward end of the hitch.
- Note: On some models, the holes may already exist.

Install Remaining Fasteners:
- Secure the hitch using the provided hardware. For vehicles with a step bumper, place the 3/16" x 1" x 2" block between the frame and the side brackets at the forward attachment point.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Tighten all 1/2"-13 Grade 5 fasteners to 75 lb-ft (102 N*m).
Torque Specifications:
- 1/2"-13 GR5: 75 lb-ft (102 N*m)
Hardware List:
- (4) Carriage Bolts, 1/2"-13 x 1-3/4"
- (4) Blocks, 1/4" x 1" x 2"
- (2) Blocks, 3/16" x 1" x 2"
- (4) Lock Washers, 1/2"

Installation Instructions for T-One® T-Connector

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Locate the Tail Light Wiring Harness:
- Locate the vehicle’s tail light wiring harness along the inside of the left rear frame rail.
- This harness will have a connection point with connectors matching the ends of the T-Connector adapter.

Separate the Harness Connectors:
- Carefully separate the harness connectors without breaking the locking tabs.
- Check that the mating surfaces of the connectors are clean and free of dirt. Clean if necessary.

Modify Connectors if Required:
- If the vehicle's harness connectors are gray, trim the alignment tabs from the male harness connector and the male end of the T-Connector adapter as indicated in the instructions.

Connect the T-Connector Adapter:
- Insert the T-Connector adapter between the harness connectors and lock it into place.
- Ensure the connectors are fully inserted and the locking tabs are secured.

Route the T-Connector Harness:
