Specifications:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Lower Exhaust:

   • Remove the rubber isolators from the muffler hangers to lower the exhaust.

2. Prepare Bolt and Plate Assembly:

   • Thread the bolt leader onto the 1-1/2” carriage bolt and insert it through the hole in the reinforcing plate.
   • Fishwire the bolt leader and assembly through the access hole in the bottom of the frame and pull it through the proper hole in the frame.
   • Repeat for the other side.

3. Position Hitch:

   • Raise the hitch into position.
   • Insert the 2” carriage bolt along with the square hole spacer, round hole spacer, and hitch's mounting tab through the vehicle's tie-down hook in the order shown in the illustration.
   • Install the conical toothed washer and nut and hand-tighten to hold the hitch in place.

4. Attach Hitch to Frame Straps:

   • Fishwire the bolt leaders through the holes in the frame straps.
   • Carefully remove the bolt leaders without pushing the bolt assemblies back into the frame channels.
   • Install conical toothed washers and nuts.

5. Tighten Fasteners:

   • Use a torque wrench to tighten all 1/2”-13 GR5 fasteners to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N*M).

6. Reinstall Exhaust:

   • Raise the exhaust back into position and reattach the rubber isolators.

• Trim Panel Remover
• 10mm Socket & Ratchet or Wrench
• Drill (3/32” Drill Bit)
• 1/4" Socket

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Rear Cargo Area:

   • Open the rear door of the vehicle.
   • Temporarily remove the rear threshold, cargo net, and cargo cover to allow access to the rear interior trim panel on the driver’s side.
   • Note: It may be helpful to fold the rear seat forward.

2. Remove the Trim Panel:

   • Use a trim panel remover tool to carefully pull back the interior trim panel on the driver’s side.

3. Locate the Trailer Tow Plug:

   • Behind the removed trim panel, locate the vehicle’s white trailer tow plug.

4. Check Compatibility:

   • Ensure the mating surfaces of the vehicle wiring connectors match the T-Connector ends.
   • All connector surfaces should be clean and free of dirt.

5. Connect the T-Connector:
