Step-by-Step Instructions:

Clean Weldnuts:
- Use a wire brush to remove dirt and rust from the weldnuts on the bumper beam.

Install Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position and align it with the weldnut holes on the bumper beam.
- Insert four M12 bolts through the hitch holes and into the weldnuts.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Tighten all M12-1.5x45 GR10.9 fasteners to 92 ft-lbs (125 N*m) using a torque wrench.

Safety Check:
- Regularly check the hitch to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.
- Replace any damaged hitch or ball immediately.
